Preparation
Presentation
- Directress places the Ten Bead Bar and the golden bead on a small felt cloth.
- Directress then uses the Three Period Lesson to teach the child 'ten' and 'unit'.
The First Period
"This is 10" - points to the Ten Bead Bar.
"This is Unit" - points to the Golden Bead.
The Second Period
"Show me 10", "Show me Unit".
The Third Period
"What is this?"
