Presentation
- Before going out on a school outing, discuss with the children on acceptable behavior and conduct.
- Tell them the danger of wandering away on their own and not following the group.
- No jumping, no throwing rubbish or sticking hands out of the window of the car/bus.
- When going out on an outing, make sure there is enough Directress to look after the children.
- Children tend to get excited when they go out for outing and may not pay much attention to the Directress then.
- It is important that they understand the ground rules before going out in an outing.
- One way of ensuring children stay together is to get a long rope and making sure the children hold onto the rope and everybody moves in a long, straight line together.
