  • Noodles or other objects that can easily be picked up by hand (enough to fill one bowl).


Preparation


Presentation

  1. Directress picks the noodles or objects with the right hand and transferes them from one bowl to the other.
  2. When all the noodles are transferred to the other bowl, transfer them back to the original bowl using the left hand.
